Terms of Service
Last updated May 19, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of Ajolla (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, or older if required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials to your workspace. Do not share magic links or session cookies.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by collaborators you authorize.
- You may only use the Service to operate API contracts and integrations you are legally authorized to manage.
2. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations.
3. Your content and licenses
- You retain ownership of OpenAPI documents you upload and of any generated SDK, docs, or MCP server artifacts produced from them.
- You grant Ajolla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, parse, transform, and present your uploaded specs and the resulting artifacts solely to deliver the Service to you.
- You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to upload each OpenAPI document and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.
- We do not use your uploaded specs or generated artifacts to train machine-learning models, and we do not share them with third parties except as required to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy sub-processor list).
4. Generated artifacts
- Generated outputs are engineering accelerators, not finished products. You are responsible for reviewing every generated SDK, docs site, and MCP server before deploying it or distributing it.
- Ajolla makes no warranty that generated code is free of defects, suitable for any particular environment, or compliant with any specific regulatory framework.
- You are responsible for credentials, scopes, retry behavior, error handling, and any modifications you make to a generated artifact after it leaves the Service.
- Re-generate after any change to the underlying spec rather than hand-patching generated files. Hand-patching is not a supported workflow.
5. Service availability and changes
- The Service is currently provided in early access. Availability, features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves.
- We may apply rate limits, throttling, or temporary feature unavailability to maintain platform health, prevent abuse, or respond to incidents.
- We may deploy hot-fixes, schema migrations, or maintenance windows without prior notice when required for security or reliability.
- Planned maintenance with user-visible impact will be announced in advance through in-product messaging or email to affected accounts.
6. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account and content deletion via the contact in Section 11.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your account is dormant for an extended period, or if your use creates material risk to the platform or other users.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will retain or delete your content in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Fees
During early access, the Service is provided at no cost. We will provide reasonable advance notice before introducing fees that apply to existing accounts. Paid features, when introduced, will be governed by a separate order form or checkout flow that supersedes any inconsistent provision in these Terms.
8. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED ARTIFACT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJOLLA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM AND (B) USD $100. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ajolla and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your distribution or operation of any generated artifact.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
